Terms and Conditions

• Terms
  Net 7 days. All goods supplied remain the property of Innkeeper Supply Company Pty Ltd until accounts are settled.
  
  
• Freight
  Freight is charged at our discount freight rate on all deliveries. 24 hours notice is required if you wish to pick up from our warehouse.
  
  
• Prices
  Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all merchandise will be charged at the prices in effect at the time of shipment.
  
  
• Special Orders
  Merchandise made to customer???s special order will not be accepted for exchange or return.
  
  
• Tax
  Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged in addition to our prices.
  
  
• Back Orders
  Where necessary, items of merchandise temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order. When any item becomes available it will be shipped immediately.
  
  
• Errors & Omissions
  Whilst all care has been taken, Innkeeper Supply Company Pty. Ltd., their employees and their agents are not responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur.
